Markets currently rallying on Bank News. Watch for RTY to be strong and whether or not that takes the steam out of NQ. I feel NQ has been particularly strong as people roll out of Financial and into Tech. Both the ES and NQ found support at very obvious levels. ES needs to hold 3938 and go bid above 3970. NQ needs to hold 12590.50 and go bid above 12700. This is the Buy case. Otherwise as long as overnight lows hold we could balance into the FOMC rate decision.
