FOMC Day of Consequence ES NQ Day Trade Plan

Fact of the matter is Retail should not be trading today. I have never seen a FOMC Day where the Retail Trader came out and said thank God I traded today. Usually quite the opposite. Because we are a bunch of degenerates we will try to trade it. So here is my plan. Good luck.
