Powell is speaking before market open but at a conference not testimony before Congress so probably a but nothing burger. The Dollar is strong and treasuries are weak which could lead to some sell pressure on the ES. Energy and Banks are weak which is bad for RTY. Buyers need to take out ES 4400 and NQ 15400 amd Sellers need to take out ES 4386 and NQ 15339.
